4. Our take-offs are based on scaled PDF drawings unless stated otherwise.
5. Services such as bid form completion, revisions due to changes in drawings, or any project-related information forms will incur additional charges.
6. Payments will be processed via Credit Card, with 50% due upon approval and the remaining 50% required before submission.
7. We value long-term business relationships and offer rates that are 50% lower than the market. Our clients are held in the highest regard.
